Hundreds of carts around the Drum Tower from dusk. The reason to stay the night.
Stalls roll out at about six and run past midnight. Almond tea, soup dumplings, lamb on flatbread, grilled squid, sweet rice cake. The Xisi Square market to the west is the locals' alternative.
