The riverbank promenade at the end of Central Street. Frozen and full of life in winter.
In winter: sledges, horse carts, ice bikes and swimmers cutting holes in the ice. In summer: boats, kites and beer. The Flood Control Monument at the head of Central Street is the meeting point.
