The Weekly Life Talk

A relaxed Saturday afternoon reading-and-talking group in a Xuhui café. The organiser picks a few short readings and the group discusses them in English; levels vary and people help each other along. Free, apart from whatever you order.

One thing to check: the Douban listing's own times disagree with each other — the header says 14:30–17:30, the organiser's notes say 15:00–17:30. Turn up at 14:30 if you want to be safe, or confirm on the event page first.

RSVP through the Douban event page before you go.
