Luoyang Bridge
A Song stone bridge across an estuary, its piers grown with oysters on purpose.
Finished in 1059, over a kilometre long. Engineers seeded the foundations with oysters to cement them. Walk across to the village on the far side and back; an hour, plus the bus.
